There's nothing like a bright card to make a day a little better. I tried out some new color combinations and I decided this is a new favorite!
Happy 40th birthday to me!

This card makes me smile. My inspirations came from this card on Splitcoaststampers.com. I changed a few things, but I was very inspired by Robin Lee's design. I really like the sentiment she used, but I already used that on a different card, and both cards will be a gift. Yes, this is another card made in multiples. Twenty eight to be exact! Thank goodness it was fun to make!

A card for all year long! I started making these for BRAK cards, but I ran out of steam by the time I made 80 of them! Did I mention I've been making cards in mass quantities!
More cards made in multiples. I'm trying to design a variety of themes for the shower gifts. I tried to think of they type of card I never seem to have handy, and the first thing that came to mind was a "guy" birthday card. I have a difficult time designing masculine cards. Probably because I don't have many "man" stamps. I purchased this lighthouse stamp from a stamp company from Sunnyside Stamps in St. Clair, Michigan. They have an amazing selection of stamps, especially Michigan Lighthouses. And the customer service is fantastic! This image is the Crisp Point Light in Lake Superior.
I've been busy making cards for a family wedding shower. These are going to be gifts for the guests. I made 30 of these cards, and I'm finding I really like white base cards! I also found a new favorite color combination: Baja Breeze & Elegant Eggplant or Concord Crush! Love it!
I offered to make shower invites for a friend, thinking I would have to make 40-50 cards. I was surprised they actually needed 115! This was the final design the Baby Momma agreed on. I was quite overwhelmed with number of invites, so I had to incorporate the help of some friends! Thanks to everyone who helped make these cards possible!
Yay! Another single card! It seems so rare to make only one card. I've lost count of the 20+ cards I've made in the last couple of months. I have to figure out my Ott light, because this card is actually made on Stampin' Up Whisper White! It was a simple card and I am quite pleased with it.
Yes, I finally have my very first House Mouse stamp, and of course it involves food! I was very intimidated by these stamps. I was fearful of the coloring! I colored this image with Stampin Up markers, and I think it turned out well for my first try! I "painted" the frosting with Stickles just to make it interesting. When I was all done, I took this picture, and then sent this card off to my dear friend Emma! She is a wonderful friend and I am thankful!
