I Still Need to Organize MY Space

Do you have any suggestions? My stamp space is a mess! Well, it's just very unorganized! Everything is just "out there!" I have wire rack shelves, and they are too deep. I'm sick of looking at a mess of various storage boxes. My mother-in-law bought a plastic drawer system for me, but the "drawers" open in the center, so I can only use about half of most drawers. It's great for ribbon, but otherwise, it's just a another monster system! I've been trying to "fix" my stamping area for almost a year, and so far I haven't made any progress. Well, I did clean out two big boxes of stuff I realized I'm never going to use. So, that cleared out some stuff, but I still have so much stuff, and such a crudy looking room! Help me clean & organize my space!

I need new ink pad storage. Currently, I have a DEK Storage Unit. It has the capacity to hold 120, double stacked ink pads. It also has room to store the coordinating marker, ink refill, and one ink cartridge. My only complaint is, it is a monster! It sits on the floor of my stamp room, and it seems to always be in the way. And I'm constantly picking up ink refill bottles, because they fall out of their space.

So, what should I get? I've been looking on line and here's what I've found:

MY SCS Birch Run Challenge Cards

I finally took pictures of the challenge cards I made at the SCS Michigan Gathering. These cards really were a challenge, because I only had two stamps sets & one ink pad. I had to color the images using my re-inkers, which I only had the six In-Colors. The color on the last card is a little off. I guess I still need to figure out the lighting in the light box! The base of the card is actually River Rock. The giraffe is placed between two microscope slides! Thanks to pattyb for that great idea!

Finally!

For Christmas, Santa brought me a new light box, and I FINALLY opened it up today! It's a really cool tool, and I'm hoping to learn to use it correctly. I can photograph the cards quite well, but I'm wondering if the model horses will fit in there! It came with a blue & a grey background., but I think I'd really to have a white background! Now I'm going to go play!
